Lisa Moran is the Founder and President of Employment Practices Group LLC (EPG), a boutique consulting practice that offers bespoke HR services to help clients transform and grow their organizations. 

After gaining invaluable experience as an employment attorney and top-tier HR executive, Lisa identified a niche in the market that needed to be filled. Observing the challenges faced by SMBs in managing their human capital and complex transformations, she was inspired to found EPG Strategy in 2007. This venture was born out of a vision to provide expert advisory counsel that could deftly steer businesses through periods of transformation and growth. EPG has evolved to become a comprehensive provider of human capital advisory solutions.

With a profound understanding of strategy, communication, and human behavior, Lisa's bespoke approach has filled a unique space in the business consulting arena. Her expertise has fostered enduring relationships across a multitude of industries, including hospitality, healthcare, fashion, and finance, by catering to their specific needs with nuanced and effective solutions.

Lisa began her legal career in the Litigation Department at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, where she handled employment litigation and first amendment work for Bloomberg LP.  From there, she joined the Labor and Employment group at McDermott Will & Emery, building a counselling and litigation practice.  At Edison Schools Inc she served on the Executive Committee as the SVP of Human Resources, Associate General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.

She is an alumna of Georgetown University where she received both her BA in history and art history as well as her law degree. Lisa currently serves on the Executive Committee of New York City Outward Bound Schools, is a Mentor for the Start2 Group and an Advisor to Spark Start and Sandler Search

Lisa, a native New Yorker, is currently based in London with her husband, their two children and dog Lucky.
